Shipping Policy
Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for delivery from the time of purchase. Orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Order status information will be provided via email. If products are on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by email.
Upon order confirmation, please ensure your shipping address is accurate, including the recipient's first and last name, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and correct zip code. Resource Innovations, Inc. is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
You can modify, cancel, or receive updates on your order by phone at (425) 689-3380 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time or by email at customerservice@pse-marketplace.com.
If you do not receive an email with your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation please check the spam and promotional folders of your email.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
Resource Innovations, Inc. will not reship orders that are lost or stolen.
If you do not receive your package, contact the carrier. If they cannot locate your shipment or assist you, our customer service team can guide you on how to file a claim to recover the value of your lost order. We also recommend filing a police report for the lost shipment.
